Getting started

From license to live channel in minutes

You log in with your email. Each server you run uses a license key. The panel keeps track of every server, its status and its streams.

Get your account

We create your login with your email address. You open the panel in any browser.

Receive a license key

Start with a free trial key. A key looks like GLM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and covers the number of servers in your plan.

Install the agent

Copy one command from Install agent in the panel and run it on your server. It installs everything and registers the server.

Add your channels

The server shows as Online within seconds. Add inputs, outputs, catch-up and VOD from its page.

Ubuntu / Debian (as root)curl -fsSL https://panel.glaukott.com/gms/install.sh | sudo bash -s -- GLM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
Windows (PowerShell as Administrator)iwr -useb https://panel.glaukott.com/gms/install.ps1 -OutFile gms.ps1; .\gms.ps1 GLM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Example commands. The panel shows yours with your own address and key filled in. Running the same command again updates the server.

Features

What you can do from the panel

Inputs

Take in any feed

RTMP from vMix or OBS, SRT with passphrase and stream ID, UDP / multicast from IPTV networks and receivers (choose the network port it arrives on), pulled HLS and RTSP, SDI from Blackmagic cards, and RF from tuner cards.

RF / DVB

Satellite, antenna and cable

Enter a frequency, scan, and tick the channels you want. Works with TBS tuner cards on Linux and Windows, and shows lock, bitrate and a clear "no signal" warning. Supports DVB-S2X multistream with input stream ID and PLS root or gold code.

Transcoder

Adaptive bitrate

Pick a ready-made ladder (Full HD, HD, Mobile) or build your own. Uses NVIDIA or Intel GPUs or the CPU, deinterlaces TV signals, and gives one short link per channel. Players switch quality automatically.

Catch-up

Rewind live TV

Keep a rolling archive of each channel for 1 to 48 hours. IPTV apps get catch-up links automatically through the M3U playlist.

VOD

Your video library

Upload films, shows and events. Each file is converted to HLS once. Store it on a storage server and publish it to edge servers.

Recording

Record and reuse

Record any live channel to MP4 with one click, then move the recording into the VOD library.

Outputs

Deliver anywhere

HLS for apps and web players, SRT push or listener, UDP multicast out of the network port you choose, RTMP to CDNs and social platforms, and SDI playout back to broadcast equipment. Every link uses your own server address.

SRT

One port, unlimited viewers

Open one SRT listener and let as many players and partner servers connect as you like. AES-128, 192 or 256 encryption, an access key, and the viewer count live in the panel.

Playlists

Ready for middleware

One M3U link for live channels with catch-up tags and one for VOD, protected by a key you can rotate at any time.

Monitoring

Statistics and alerts

Viewers, bandwidth in and out, CPU, memory and disk for every server, with 24-hour charts and stream checks.

Fleet

Many servers, one view

Linux and Windows servers side by side, each with a role: origin, edge or storage. Add partner logins and manage every license from Team & Licenses.

Security

Keys everywhere

Email and password login, per-stream publish keys, licenses bound to one machine, and keyed playlists.

Questions

Frequently asked

How do I log in?

With the email address and password we set up for you. The panel works in any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone.

What does a license cover?

A license has an expiry date and a number of servers. Once a server registers with a key, that key stays bound to that machine.

Can I try it first?

Yes. Every plan starts with a free 7-day trial license, so you can install it on your own server and test your channels before you buy.

Does it work with my IPTV app?

Any app or middleware that reads M3U playlists and HLS works. Catch-up tags follow the common format used by IPTV players.

Do I need a firewall change?

Open the ports you use: RTMP 1936, HLS 8095 and the SRT ports you choose. The Windows installer adds its own firewall rules.

How are updates installed?

Run the install command again, or the update command it leaves on the server. Your channels and settings stay as they are.
